Kent Carpenter (20 years), Joe Breker (30 years), and Duayne Baldwin (40 years) have all been an integral part of the success that the Wild Rice Soil Conservation District has had. Colleen Carpenter was on hand at our Achievement Award Banquet to accept the award on Kent's behalf.
